Docu filing is a document scanning and filing service published by Laneco Digital. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You need an account to store documents. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Docu filing.
Your documents
- Documents, scans and notes you add belong to you. We do not claim any ownership of them.
- You grant us the limited permission needed to store, read and process them to provide the service — for example reading text from pages, sorting documents into folders and making them searchable.
- Only upload documents you have the right to store. Do not upload content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to store or share illegal content, malware, or other people's private information without their permission.
- Do not attempt to break into the service, other accounts, or disrupt how it works.
Artificial intelligence features
Reading text from pages, automatic filing and reading documents aloud use AI services. They can make mistakes — check important documents yourself. Page images and text are processed only to provide these features and are not used for advertising (see our Privacy policy).
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we make a significant change to these terms, we will update this page.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service and delete your account and all your data at any time on the Delete account page. Deletion is permanent and happens right away. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Laneco Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data that you have not backed up elsewhere. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
